Work Required (Internal):
1. Repair tears in dash
2. Clean up all interior (dash, seats etc)
3. Restore dash and steering wheel etc
4. Replace/repair pedals, gear stick and hand brake
5. Replace 6 position convoy switch decal plate
6. Replace/repair all door/window seals
7. Replace all door locks
8. Repair doors to ensure correct closure
9. Remove rust on upper door panels
10. Remove rust on lower door panels
11. Remove rust on passengers foot well
12. Remove rust on drivers foot well
13. Remove rust on rear door
14. Repair hole in rear tub floor
15. Repair and repaint floor panels
16. Repaint entire inside of vehicle Olive green
17. Manufacture map/ops table and fit to passenger side of load bay
18. Fit custom radio table behind bulkhead
19. Fit dexion racking to bulkhead
20. Fit radios to dexion racking

Work Required (Electrical):

1. Fit blue beacon centrally on roof just behind angled slope of roof
2. Fit amber beacon centrally on rear of roof rack cage
3. Repair trailer socket and electrics
4. Clean up battery tray and manufacture a sealed unit under centre seat to protect battery from water during off road use
5. Replace missing light lenses and clean up remaining lenses
6. Check and repair all lights
7. Upgrade headlights to modern quality headlights

Work Required (External):

Underside

1. Fit new rear cross member
2. Strip and re-seal chassis and under body
3. Remove rust and re-paint/re-seal axles, leaf springs, wheels etc
4. Refit convoy light
5. Remove rust from prop shafts and re-paint (stone chip paint)
6. Wax oil areas that cannot be reached for normal sealing
7. Fit axle check straps

Body Work

8. Straighten rear bumpers and refit
9. Straighten front bumper
10. Drivers upper bulkhead (patch/replace)
11. Passenger upper bulkhead (repair rust)
12. Door tops require cleaning and resealing
13. Repair holes in the roof
14. Remove existing fuel filler panel and replace with hidden panel
15. Replace wing mirrors with defender style mirrors (unless series style are easily sourced)
16. Fit ammo box between headlights in front of radiator
17. Remove headlight surrounds
18. Fit pioneer tool kit fixing to bonnet and rear door

Accessories

19. Full repaint
20. Replace wing mirrors (both sides)
21. Repair and clean up search light
22. Manufacture and fit small cage type roof rack
23. Fit radio boxes to both front wings
24. Route radio wiring from both front wings and side antennas to radio equipment
25. Fit side radio antennas
26. Fit registration plates front and rear (front to the bonnet leading edge and rear to existing place on passenger side)

Work Required (Engine & Fuel System):

Engine & Engine Bay

1. Service entire engine and cooling system(new oil, coolant, oils filter, fuel filter etc)
2. Remove all rust repainting/recoating where necessary
3. Asses condition of electrics, replacing/repairing as necessary
4. Remove rust from under bonnet and engine bay
5. Replace all fluids e.g. Brakes, coolant, engine oil, gearbox oil, windscreen washer etc
6. Replace all bonnet seals
7. Clean/degrease engine
8. Repaint engine if necessary and/or if removed

Gearbox/Transfer Box

9. Repair transfer lever/box
10. Replace all gearbox and transfer box oils

Fuel System

11. Refurbish fuel tank
12. Check fuel lines (refurbish/replace if necessary)
13. Fit secondary fuel tank under passenger seat
14. Fit fuel switch over lever and associated fuel lines under drivers seat
